SAPSUCKER WOODS, Ithaca NY - spring 2010
These are photographs showing the seasonal changes of landscape at the Cornell Lab of Ornothology. With the arrival
of spring suddenly the woods takes on a rich and vibrant appearance but still with some remains of winter showing.

These are photographs showing late winter landscape near my house in east Ithaca, NY.  What fascinates me is the
shapes and patterns in the bare branches and vines following winter, before the arrival of spring greenery.
